San Juan de La Rambla in the north of Tenerife - the best Holiday Homes

The litlle town San Juan de La Rambla is located at the northern side of Tenerife between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos (both of the communities are located in roughly half an hour away with the rental car).

It is reccomended to stop at this place with your rental car. It is worth seeing.

Just get off the fast road to San Juan de La Rambla. A dreamlike and quiet Canary atmosphere will welcome you here. Because: the surrounding landscape is shaped by banana plantations, palms and flowers. Because of that, individual tourists like to rent a self catering accomodation like a finca with a great outdoor area or terrace here.

The community San Juan de la Rambla itself extends up to the Atlantic coast. Like in most of the small coastal towns some inhabitants here live on the fishing industry. The little fishing district Las Aguas is well liked not only because of its fantastic kitchen but also due to the local seawater swimming pool.

The southern airport is reachable in a bit more than an hour.

Advise: San Juan de La Rambla is also reachable with the public bus transport.
