Apartment with terrace in the Canarian fishing village Las Aguas

In the green north of Tenerife, in the small, romantic village Las Aguas, the holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 2009. Since the house is only about 28m above sea level, you walk about 3 minutes to the beach promenade. The village square is also just around the corner. It is car-free and therefore safe for children.

Your apartment offers a private, furnished terrace with garden where you can listen to the sound of the sea and relax. A barbecue offers you the possibility to have a barbecue in the evening. If you are interested in ecological grown fruit and vegetable or even ecological eggs you can directly purchase them from the owner of the house.

The apartment provides a living space of around 60sqm and is ideal for a maximum of 3 holiday guests. It has a bedroom with a French double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. The living room offers a flat screen TV with international satellite programs as well as a comfortable sofa, a bookshelf and a dining table for 4 persons.

From here you will reach he beautiful garden with a furnished terrace. The bathroom has a shower, a basin and a toilet. The open and bright kitchen is completely equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and kitchen facilities for daily use.

There are three local fish restaurants as well as some typical Canarian bodegas directly located at the beach promenade. For shopping it is recommended to drive around 2km to San Juan la Rambla. There you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and other different restaurants and cafes.
