El Pris in the north of Tenerife - Find the best holiday homes here

Not far away from Tacoronte (15 minutes with the rental car) there is El Pris, a little former fishing village with a volcanic black sandy beach.

At this little place there exist wondeful holiday houses and holiday apartments with sea view. Thanks to some investments in the past years this Canary holiday town woke up from its hibernation. Only the serpentine road remembers of the past nearly isolated times. Anyone spending their vacation here should take the chance to taste the daily fresh fish dishes here.

Divers and snorkelers will find their pleasure in El Pris. At some great spots you can watch the underwater world. In the distance of 12 kilometres you get to the golfcourse real Club de Golf de Tenerife (a 18-hole complex), which attracts numerous players on its greens since 1932.

A walking route along the coast leads from El Pris to Mesa del Mar (about 2 kilometres long and makeable in half an hour).

Furthermore the capital city Santa Cruz and the northern tourism city Puerto de la Cruz with the very famous Loro Parque and the Botanical Garden are reachable in approximately the same distance of about 35 minutes.

Advise: Who wants to be mobile in their vacation and explore the most outlying points of Tenerife, should plan a rental car in the budget.

The southern airport is located in a 80 kilometres distance from El Pris.
