Vacation home on a finca with pool, terrace & sea view

This beautiful vacation home is located in the south-west of Tenerife in a beautiful environment, in a very quiet area.

It is located about 100 meters above the beautiful fishing village Alcala. To the village it is about 10 minutes by foot. You are in the middle of an impressive mountain landscape and banana plantations. The large property (about 10.500sqm) is built on the hillside, so you have a great view of the sea and a fantastic panoramic view everywhere. In good weather conditions you can see the neighbouring island La Gomera and even La Palma. The well-kept outdoor area offers the guest a nice pool area with views of the rock formation of Los Gigantes and a fantastic garden area with exotic plants and fruit trees. Consumption of the fruits included. The heatable pool is filled with chlorine-free salt water, an outdoor shower with warm water is also available. There are numerous sun loungers and parasols. There is also a barbecue possibility.

A small bar (self-service) with cold or hot drinks is located below the pool area. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available. In about 700m you can reach Alcala and a beautiful beach. The city Guia de Isora is about 10km away and the golf course Abama is about 5km away.

The very modern and nicely furnished house has a living area of about 100 square meters and offers enough space for 4 guests. To the apartment belongs a bedroom with double bed and a big closet. The luxurious en-suite bathroom offers a shower, wash basin, bidet, urinal and toilet.

The modern kitchen with cooking island has all necessary kitchen appliances and cooking utensils for daily use. The adjoining bright and cosy living room with access to the terrace in front of the house has modern seating furniture, a coffee table, air conditioning (cooling/heating), telephone and satellite TV. There is also a large dining table with 6 chairs.

A staircase leads to the large furnished roof terrace with views to Los Gigantes and the coast of Playa San Juan. Wonderful sunsets crown the evening mood here.

In about 700m distance is Alcala with shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and cafes.
