Studio on a finca with shared pool and terrace

The studio is located on a finca in the Southwest of Tenerife. The approximately 10.500sqm large property is located very quietly at an altitude of about 100m above Alcala. The property is terraced, so you have a wonderful view to the sea almost everywhere. The well-kept garden is lushly planted with numerous fruit trees and local plants. The pool area with sunbeds and an outdoor shower with warm water offer a beautiful view of the impressive landscape. The heated pool is filled with chlorine-free salt water. A barbecue, as well as a self-service bar with hot and cold drinks, is also available for the guests of the finca. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available.

The place Alcala and the beach can be reached in about 700m. In approximately 10km you reach Guia de Isora. In about 5km you are at the Abama golf course. Parking is possible right at the property.

The bright and modern studio has a living space of around 40sqm and provides space for 2 persons. The large bed-sit room provides a sleeping area with a large double bed and a wardrobe. The living area has 2 sofas, a granite coffee table, an additional seating area with 2chairs and a table, Sat-TV, telephone and an adjoining kitchen counter has all necessary kitchen facilities and cooking utensils for daily use.

The bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet and bidet. A covered terrace belongs to the studio, too. From here and from the studio you have a beautiful view of the garden and the ocean.

When renting a separate bedroom, 2 additional guests can be added.
