Holiday house on a finca with pool, terrace and ocean view

This house is located in a very quiet area above of Alcala in the Southwest of Tenerife. The terrace shaped plot is about 10.500sqm large and offers the guests of the finca a wonderful view of the sea and the impressive landscape. The beautiful garden is lovely arranged with exotic trees and plants. the neat pool area provides many sunbeds, sunshades, an outdoor shower with warm water and a beautiful view of the rocks of Los Gigantes.

The heated pool is filled with chlorine free saltwater. A small bar provides hot and col drinks and a barbecue facility is also available. There also is laundry with washing machine on the estate. A covered and furnished terrace belongs to the house, too. There are 3 terraces in total: covered terrace in front of the living area, next to the living area and a sun terrace opposite the living area on the property wall.

From the property to Alcala and the beach it is only 700m. It is around 10km to Guia de Issora. The golf course Abama is reachable in around 5km. A parking space is located on the property.

The living space of the house is around 55sqm and provides space for 4 holiday guests. It is modernly and comfortably furnished. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. It is located only a few steps away from the living area, in the 2ndpart of the house right at the terrace.

The living room has a sofa bed for two persons, Sat-TV and a coffee table. The kitchen with breakfast counter with and 2 bar stools has all necessary kitchen facilities and cooking utensils for daily use. The modern bathroom has a shower, basin, toilet and bidet.

In around 700m you will reach the town Alcala with many restaurants and shopping facilities.
