Complete finca with six residential units and pool, bar & garden

The idyllic estate is located in a quiet are, just about 1km above the enchanted port city of Alcala. Up to 22 holiday guests, for example as a company, family, as a couple or as a single person, can spend a relaxed finca holiday here. The around 10.500sqm large estate provides six individual accommodations with a furnished terrace, ocean view and comfortable furnishing.

Guests are entitled to the following shared use. There is a heated pool (4mx8m, around 27 degrees) with chlorine free saltwater, a beautiful pool area with sunbeds, sunshades, a snail-shaped outdoor shower with hot water and dream view. Furthermore there is a bar with hot and cool drinks, a barbecue facility with furnished terrace and many quiet areas surrounded by tropical plants and trees. A small 'sandy beach' with beach chair invites you to relax.

Each accommodation provides a comfortable and tasteful furnishing. All residential units provide a furnished terrace with view of the ocean and the garden. The future holiday guest can choose from a studio to an apartment with one, two or three bedrooms and spend a relaxing beach holiday with colleagues, the family or as a couple in a quiet environment.

The complete finca can also be rented and offers space for a total of 22 people in the different apartments, each with separate entrance. Furthermore, all properties have internet via WLAN free of charge, Sat-TV and a telephone.

In around 700m you will reach Alcala with many restaurants and shopping facilities. A small bodega (bar) is located on the estate.
