Vacation home on Tenerife in quiet location with pool & terrace

This cozy house is located in the south-west of Tenerife, above the village of Alcala at about 100m altitude. It belongs to a Finca with a total area of about 10.500qm. The terrain is terraced and offers a fantastic view into the impressive landscape and to the sea. You are surrounded by banana plantations and a beautiful mountain landscape.

The wonderful garden is planted with exotic fruit trees, which you are welcome to try. The great pool area offers a unique view to the rocks of Los Gigantes. There are numerous sun beds, parasols, a bar and an outdoor shower with warm water. The heated pool has chlorine-free salt water. From the finca in a very quiet location you can reach the village of Alcala and a beautiful beach after about 700m. Guia de Isora is about 10km away and the Abama Golf Course is only about 5km away. To the house belongs a large covered furnished private terrace.

This vacation home has a total living space of about 40 square meters and is suitable for 2 vacation guests. It has a bedroom with a large double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and cooking utensils for daily use.

The living room consists of a sofa, a commode with satellite TV and access to the private terrace. In the bathroom there is a shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.

In about 700m distance is the small town of Alcala with a variety of shops and restaurants.
