Luxurious holiday home on a large finca with pool and terrace

This unique holiday home is located on a approx. 10.500sqm large finca in the southwest of Tenerife, above Alcala. In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace and look at the sea and the neighbouring island La Gomera. In the evening you can also enjoy the sunset from here. To the large property belongs a heatable pool with chlorine-free salt water, a beautiful pool area with an outdoor shower (hot water), sunbeds, parasols and a wonderful view to the rocks of Los Gigantes. On the property there are several quiet areas, exotic plants and fruit trees, a bar and barbecue facilities. The village of Alcala is only about 700m away. There are several small beaches and seawater swimming pools. To the Teide National Park it is about 40 minutes by car. A parking lot is located at the object.

In total there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to a bedroom. The bedrooms each have a double bed and the modern bathrooms are equipped with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer and a counter with stools. The living room has two comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a dining table. From the living room you can reach the furnished sun terrace with a dream view.
