This holiday home is located in an ecological village in the sunny south of Tenerife. The village is free from CO2 emissions. The energy power comes from wind and solar plants. The best 25 from 400 proposals were selected in an architectural competition and implemented by the Institute for Renewable Energy in Tenerife. Each house is an architectural marvel. In winter and in summer the house stays in a comfortable temperature through sensors and through the ventilation the humidity is regulated. The settlement is located in a quiet location. You can get through a footpath within 10 minutes walk to 3 beautiful natural beaches of the Montaña Pelada, the nature reserve, which is also perfect for beautiful walks along the sea. There are occasional nudist, thanks to the secluded beaches.

This designer villa has 3 bedrooms for 5 persons. It offers fantastic views of the sea and is surrounded by terraces. The master bedroom has its own private terrace and there is a total of one double bed of 1,60m x 2m size and three single beds in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and offers all common electrical appliances. The two bathrooms have a shower or a bathtub.

Approximately 7 minutes away by car is El Medano with lots of shopping possibilities and a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. You can also order your supermarket purchase via Internet, which are delivered within 24 hours. Also delivery meals are possible. For this purpose, there is a list of menus in the house. There is also the possibility of a professional chef to get into the house, who can treat you with culinary delights.
