Detached house with terrace and watercourse in a bioclimatic village

This exceptional holiday home is located in the unique bioclimatic village, which consists of 25 detached houses. Here is placed only on renewable energies such as solar and wind power value so that the houses have no CO2 emissions! After an architectural competition 25 proposals were selected from 400 ideas and realized here by the Institute for Renewable Energy. The houses are well thought out until the last detail and most exactly adapted to the climate! The houses remain cool in summer and do not cool down in winter. A fine sensory system monitors temperature, humidity and ventilation, so that every house "react" accordingly.

The high-tech "eco-village" is just a 10 minute walk along a path from the coast. Here, at the nature reserve Montaña Pelada, there are three natural beaches that invite to long walks.

This holiday house was built in a Mediterranean style. Modernity combined with flexibility shows how a house of the future might look in Tenerife. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated and has high quality furniture. There are four bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with a single bed. There are also two bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The rooms have high ceilings and there are also shady places. In the house are open areas and also intimate places.

The huge garden provides green patches and an irrigation ditch, spreading an additional atmosphere, ideal for rest and relaxation. Around the house there are terraces which are ideal for a nice breakfast, where you can enjoy the sun or just relax reading a good book!

Just 7 minutes away by car lies the colorful surfer's paradise El Medano, which offers beaches, many restaurants, bars and cafés as well as plenty of shopping opportunities. You can also arrange supermarket purchases via Internet which are delivered within 24 hours. There is also the possibility of delivered meals.
