Detached house with a courtyard in a bioclimatic village

This exceptional holiday home is located in the unique bioclimatic village, which consists of 25 detached houses. The power only comes from renewable energies such as solar and wind power so that the houses have no CO2 emissions! After an architectural competition 25 proposals were selected from 400 ideas and realized here by the Institute for Renewable Energy. The houses are well-thought-out until the last detail and most exactly adapted to the climate! The houses remain cool in summer and does not cool down in winter. A fine sensory system monitors temperature, humidity and ventilation, so that every house "react" accordingly. The high-tech "eco-village" is just a 10 minute walk along a path from the coast. Here, at the nature reserve Montaña Pelada, there are three natural beaches that invite to long walks.

This architecturally stunning, 85 square meter house offers a high degree of comfort and perfect facilities. It has three bedrooms and a large living room with access to the pretty courtyard.

The kitchen and of course the rest of the house is fully high quality furnished.

Just 7 minutes away by car lies the colorful surfer's paradise El Medano, which offers beaches, many restaurants, bars and cafés as well as plenty of shopping opportunities. You can also arrange supermarket purchases via Internet which are delivered within 24 hours. There is also the possibility of delivered meals.
