This holiday house is located in a new, self-sufficient and bioclimatic housing development without any CO2 emissions. The current example is produced only by renewable energies like wind and solar sources. This settlement was built according to an architectural competition. Of 400 proposals, 25 were accepted. There are sensors which control the temperature, humidity and ventilation. The 3 natural beaches of MontaÃ±a Pelada, a beautiful nature reserve, are situated only at a distance of 10 minute walk. Naturism is possible there, because these beaches are quite secluded.

Equipment

This architect-designed house has a very beautiful and exceptional design. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, 2 with a single bed. The living room has a comfortable couch, from which you have stunning sea views, satellite TV and Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The two bathrooms have a shower. The house has a private furnished terrace with a great sea view.

Especially sports that have to do with water: windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc. The airport is located at a distance of 10 minutes. We are proud to know our island well and can give you all the information you need so that you can also enjoy the different places that only locals know.
