Holiday house with whirlpool & terrace in the north of Tenerife

This Finca is located in the north of Tenerife and has been restored lovingly and faithfully. It offers space for 2 to 10 guests. From here, you can start hikings and excursions as well as trips to the beach. In front of the house, there is space for various rental cars.

The eco-friendly whirlpool, which is heated by solar, is located between the buildings and can be used by up to 8 people. Depending on the weather, it can also be heated electrically for a surcharge of 10€ per day. Sheltered from the wind and behind a natural stone wall, there is a spot with sunbeds. A small garden at the house offers a view of the year-round growing plants and flowers of Tenerife. As our guests, you are very welcome to pick and taste the fruits that are growing here. At this place, you can enjoy a relaxing and stress-free holiday.

The finca has a main building with courtyard and several outbuildings, which are used as small rooms or apartments. The total living space is about 230sqm.

The main building has a living room with adjacent bedroom with its own bathroom. Also, there is a kitchen with dining room and a further bathroom with washing machine and dyer. This bathroom, the living room and the kitchen are connected to the courtyard, which is glazed and roofed almost completely. The yard also leads to the large terrace and the other buildings. The living room, the dining room and the bedroom of the main building all have a fantastic view of the ocean. The living room in Canarian style is equipped with comfortable seating furniture for 5 people, a large Sat-TV and a DVD player. In the fully equipped kitchen, you find a gas stove, a microwave, a fridge with a separate freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The furnished terrace is ideal for having your meals or sitting together.
All bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have a fireplace. Firewood is provided free of charge as well as a wireless network. In the outdoor area, the guests will find a gas grill for private use.

On the side of the Finca which is turned towards the mountain, there is a further building with 3 bedrooms (one of the rooms has a bathroom, the guests of the other rooms can use the bathroom in the courtyard) and a small dining area.

The water heating is provided by the solar system or electrically if needed. These energy costs are included in the rent. As our guests, you also have the possibility to use the bread service. From Monday to Saturday the baker delivers fresh local bread rolls and you can pay directly to the driver.

In a few minutes by car, you can reach shopping facilities for daily use either above or below the Finca. Restaurants are located within the surrounding villages.
