Holiday house in a finca with pool, jacuzzi, garden and stunning views

This lovingly restored house is a 200-year old mansion and is located on approximately 1.3 hectares of land in the municipality of Tacoronte, in the north of Tenerife. There is space for up to 10 holiday guests who can enjoy the view of Mount Teide, the sea and the picturesque landscape. A large, covered terrace provides relaxation and shadow. A pool and a jacuzzi offer a wonderful bathing pure pleasure. This house is located about 5 minutes away from the golf course 'Real Club de Golf de Tenerife'. The capital, Santa Cruz can be reached in about 15-20 minutes.

The holiday home has a living space of about 170 m2. The house has two floors and it is distributed as follows: an entrance hall, a large living area, a kitchen and five bedrooms with private bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area. A large flat screen with satellite TV, a projector and screen and wifi are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with many electrical appliances. There is also a dining table with chairs.

There are a total of five bedrooms: three are on the lower floor and two are upstairs. All of them are decorated differently and named after five of the seven Canary Islands. The bedroom "Tenerife" has an extra large double bed and it has access to the outdoors. The bedrooms "La Palma" and "El Hierro" have a normal double bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom "Lanzarote", which has a large double bed and a Canarian balcony with external stairs. The smaller one, "Fuerteventura" has a normal double bed. The bathrooms are almost identical and they have a bathtub.

Outside there is a laundry room with washing and dryer machine. There is also a shower and a toilet for handicapped.

In Tacoronte you can find many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, just few minutes away by car.
