Holiday house at finca with garden, terrace and pool in Chio

The holiday house is located on a nearly 11.000m2 large finca in the little mountain village Chio in the local community Guia de Isora. The finca offers a indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, wellness area, tennis court and a lot more. A rental car is necessary, so there is a parking spot in front of the house. The house is located on the highest spot of the property.

In a few minutes to walk you get to the village. Here you find a supermarket, restaurants and bars. With the car you get in about 15 minutes to the beach and the golf courts.

The house comes with a living area of about 60m2 and is ideal for 3 persons. You get in the holiday house through a roofed terrace which is facing the Atlantic. Behind the large glass doors you find the generous living room with 2 cozy couches. Adjacent there is the kitchen with a dining area for 3 persons. The kitchen provides all necessary kitchen tools and cooking utensils you need for your daily use: stove, oven with microwave, refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and water cooker.

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom comes with a double bed (2m x 2m) and an adjacent bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The second bedroom has its own separate entrance from the terrace. It provides a single bed and an adjacent bathroom, also with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

Next to the terrace there is a small unobservable stone garden with sun loungers and a seating group for four persons. Here you can have nice grill evenings.
