Property description

This luxury finca with a surface of 11.000 m2 is located in the southwest of the island, which is rich of sun, on the outskirts of the small village Chio. The property has a very sophisticated equipment and facilities like a heated swimming pool, another indoor heated swimming pool with jet stream, fitness and spa, tennis court, a chess garden, snooker, a big trampoline and a putting green for golfers.

There is also a tent and in this area a breakfast buffet and a good selection of typical Spanish dishes are offered. Original parties take place here. There are only 9 units in the property.

Equipment

This apartment has a living area of 36 m2 and a 18 m2 terrace. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, television with satellite TV, a radio and a CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar with stools, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and cutlery and crockery. The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a hairdryer, a towel warmer and 2 bathrobes. There is a heating throughout the house for cooler evenings.

The terrace has a table with 4 chairs, sun loungers and a grill for cozy barbecues in the evening.
