Holiday house on barrier-free, child-friendly, finca in Tejina

This 60,000 m2, typical Canary estate from 1885 is located in an idyllic and mainly wine valley in the green north of Tenerife. From here, the view is simply stunning! There are wonderful green surroundings and a breathtaking sunset.

The finca has a lot of facilities and offers a lot of possibilities for families. For example, there is a large pool with a counter current system, a telescopic cover and hot tub. The large playground is the children's favorite place! Here are swings, a sandbox and a playhouse. There is also a volleyball court, table tennis and other games such as petanque (boules). The large garden area, the partly covered terraces with hammocks, seating and gazebo with barbecue offer the ideal place for those who are looking peace and relax!

This is also the ideal spot, for those who loves excursions or hiking. The estate has its own hill, with trails to get to the summit of Picacho de los Lázaros. There are also interesting hiking trails around the finca.

This finca with 4 houses and a junior suite has been awarded several times. Among others it got environmental awards and a quality seal of TÜV Rheinland.

This house has a living surface of 70 m2. There are two bedrooms, living room with dining area and kitchen and a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. One bedroom has a double bed of 1,35m x 1,90m and the second bedroom has two single beds of 0,90 m x 1,90 m. The bathroom is between both bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with a microwave, blender, juicer, refrigerator and freezer, oven and coffeemaker. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, living room furniture with satellite TV, DVD player and radio. There is also a private, furnished terrace, where you can eat breakfast comfortably.

In Tacoronte, just a few minutes by car, there are numerous grocery stores and restaurants.

Only 3 to 4,5 km away there are beautiful beaches from Bajamar to Punta Hidalgo. The neach of El Sauzal is situated in the opposite direction.
