Barrier-free holiday house on a child-friendly finca with pool

This 60.000sqm large, Canaric finca from the year 1885 is located in an idyllic and with much wine attached valley in the green north of Tenerife. You have a fantastic view form here! You can see the sea, the lush green surrounding as well as a breathtaking sun set.

The finca offers much for families. For example there are a large pool with a reverse flow construction, a telescope masking and a whirlpool. The large playground will let the hearts of children strike higher. Here are swings, a sandbox and a wendy house. There also is a volleyball square, a table tennis table and other games like Petanque (boule). The large garden, the partly roofed terraces with sun loungers and seating arrangements as well as the arbour with a grill offer additional retirement options for people that are looking for rest - of course barrier-free! If you like hiking you are perfect here! The finca has its own mountain with a real hiking route till the top of Picado de Los Lázaros. Also around the finca are many interesting hinking paths like the one to the Anaga mountains.

The finca with four houses and a junior suite has been awarded several times. Among others it got the environment price and a seal of quality of TÜV Rhineland.

The 70sqm large, barrier-free holiday house has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed of 1,35m x 1,90m, the other one with two single beds of each 0,90m x 1,90m. In the living room is a comfortable sleeping couch of 1,40 x 1,80m, a television with Sat-reception as well as a DVD-player and a radio. The kitchen is completely equipped for self supply and offers among other things a cooker, fridge- and freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine and a juice squeezer. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and bidet.

The beloning, private terrace is furnished and invites you to eat your breakfast there.

In Tacoronte, just a few minutes away with a car are all shopping options, from Lidl to fashion boutiques till pharmacies.

Just 3 till 4,5km away are the beautiful beaches of Bajamar and Punta Hidalgo. The beach of El Sauzal is in the other direction.
