This beautiful holiday house with a surface of 10.000 m2 is located in La Matanza, in the green north of the island. The cottage has a total of 3 chalets: a large family house, a villa and a tower house. There is a lovely garden with a swimming pool surrounded by exotic plants. From this spot you have breathtaking panoramic views of the north coast, the sea, the mountains and the Teide.

The property is situated aside the mass tourism, perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful place. The famous tourist centre of Puerto de la Cruz and the sandy beaches are only a short drive away.

This detached chalet of 36 sqm size is built in the style of a studio. There is a cozy living area, a sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a shower. There is a sleeping sofa in the living area where a child can sleep very comfortable, but it does not fit for an adult. In front of the house is a large, furnished sun terrace with a barbecue
