This beautiful holiday finca with a surface of 10.000 m2 is located in La Matanza, in the green north of the island. The finca has a total of 3 wooden houses: a large family house, a villa and a tower house. There is a lovely garden with a swimming pool surrounded by exotic plants. From this spot you have breathtaking panoramic views of the north coast, the sea, the mountains and the Teide.

The property is situated aside the mass tourism, perfect for those who are looking for a peacefull place. The famous tourist center of Puerto de la Cruz and the sandy beaches are only a short drive away.

This holiday apartment is situated in a tower and it has a total area of 130m2. The apartment offers 4 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) is in the extension of the tower house, which can be reached via the terrace.

The cozy living room has TV with international channels and Wi-Fi Internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and many other kitchen utensils.
