Property description

This beautiful farmhouse has only 5 detached holiday houses on 8.000 m2 and it is situated in a quiet location at the sunny west coast of Tenerife. These houses have been restored, but at the same time, they keep the typical and original Canary style. The houses have also been modernized, so that they meet the comfort of today's standards.

The property has a neat and nice pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a typical chicken coop. In the cozy and well-tempered rock cave, there is a bodega that opens upon request.

This detached holiday house has an area of 65 m2, a 40 m2 sunny and fully furnished rooftop terrace and a beautiful Canary patio with dining area and a covered pergola with a dining table.

The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a cozy, spacious living room with satellite TV, radio and Internet via Wi-Fi. In a separate kitchen house is the kitchen, which is fully equipped for self catering with a 4-burner stove, which is built in an antique fireplace, microwave, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer. The two bathrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet and a washbasin.
