This child-friendly house in a quiet location is about 200 years old and was restored in 2017. It is surrounded by a large property with garden, lawn and many native plants. It has a magnificent view over the rural surroundings of Tegueste and can relax on the furnished terrace and have meals. In the garden there is a swing, a small room where the "little guests" can play and another terrace with seating and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

If more than three bedrooms are needed, there is another house with 2 rooms on the property.

In about 5 minutes by car you can reach the centre of Tegueste with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also a 5-minute drive to La Laguna, a charming town with shopping arcades, restaurants and attractions.

The charming Finca house has a living space of approximately 120sqm and is ideal for 6 holiday guests. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room. The rooms are tastefully and modernly decorated in a Nordic style.

One bedroom has a double bed, the other two each have two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen offers all necessary cooking utensils for everyday use. A dining table for 6 is also available. The adjoining living room has a comfortable sofa from which you can also watch the Sat-TV.

From here you can reach the upper area of the house via a staircase. Many toys are also available in the house and offer children a lot of variety.

In about 5 minutes by car you can reach Tegueste, a nice town with numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The larger town of La Laguna is also reached in about 5 minutes by car.
