The apartment is located about 245 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area in El Sauzal, in northern Tenerife. The highlight of the apartment is the furnished terrace with high-quality furnishing that invites to relax. A grill is also available.

Although located very quiet, you can reach Puerto de la Cruz and La Laguna by car in a short time. Costa Sauzal with its new paths for enthusiastic hikers is also located very close. The place is the ideal starting point for excursions around the island.

Equipment

The apartment has a living space of about 60sqm and can accommodate up to three people. The tasteful furnishing makes it a bright and welcoming accommodation for a relaxing holiday.

The living area has a comfortable sofa bed with a table, a chair, a cupboard and a flat-screen TV with international channels. From here, you have access to the furnished terrace with sunbeds and a wonderful view of the ocean and the Teide.

The open kitchen has a dining table with two chairs and all the necessary kitchen devices and utensils for daily use. A small storeroom with further storage space is also available. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet and a small cupboard.
