From the furnished terrace you have breathtaking views to the sea and the Teide. A furnished common terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. This apartment is also an ideal starting point for excursions all over the island because you are fast on the highway by car.

This apartment comes with a living area of 60 m² and is ideal for up to three persons. It is divided as follows: A bedroom with double bed and walk-in cupboard and a large living room with a comfortable sleeping couch, coffee table, armchair and a sideboard with a flat screen TV, which can receive international programs. The living room is connected with the open kitchen, where you can find a dining table and two chairs, as well as all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils for daily use. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a small cupboard.

From the living room you have access to the furnished terrace with sun beds and awning. From here, the holidaymaker has a wonderful view of the sea and the Teide.

In about 10 minutes by food one reaches a small restaurant. In 10 minutes by car you will reach El Sauzal with a small market, local shops, bars and restaurants. In about 15 minutes by car on the highway you reach the city of Puerto de la Cruz with lots of touristic activities, restaurants and shop possibilities.
