Cosy Cottage on a finca in rural surrounding in Malpais de Candelaria. The finca is located at a height of 250 m and has a size of 8000 sqm. The house is one of four Houses on the property and has a private pool, furnished terrace, a barbecue area and a separate entrance. A parking space is also provided.

The village is located in the southeast of Tenerife and attracts with a beautiful beach, numerous sights, shops and restaurants. The city center is only 10 minutes by car away.

Equipment

The Cottage has a living space of about 60 sqm and accomodates up to 5 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils needed for daily use and a dining table. The adjoining living room offers comfortable seating furniture, a sofa bed and Sat-TV.

There is a master-bedroom including a double bed and another room with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
