The Cottage is located on a finca, which has a size of 8000 sqm and three other guest houses. About 250 m above the village Candelaria the finca is situated in the green landscape and quiet surrounding of Malpais de Candelaria, which is ideal for relaxed beachholidays with family and friends.

In about a ten-minute drive by car you can reach the beach of Candelaria. The village offers numerous sights, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. The furnished terrace with a barbecue area is in front of the house, while the private pool is in the garden in the backyard. A parking lot is also provided.

Equipment

This cottage has a living space of 55 sqm and sleeps 3 people. The furnishing is rustic, but cosy. In the bedroom are two single beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed as well as a dining table, coffee table and Sat-TV.

The kitchen offers all kitchen utensils and cooking devices needed for daily use. In the bathroom there is a shower, a sink and a toilet.
