Canary holiday home in quiet location on a finca in Malpais de Candelaria. The 8000 sqm sized estate is located in 250 m height above the village Candelaria. To the beach it's only a ten-minute drive by car and the city offers numerous sights, bars, restaurants and shops.

The house is one of four buildings with separate entrances, private pool, furnished terrace and a barbecue area. A parking lot is also provided.

Equipment

The living space of the house has a size of 55 sqm and has room for 3 guests. The bedroom sleeps 3 people in one double bed and one single bed. The bathroom has 2 doors and is accessable from the living room as well as the bedroom. It has a shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen includes all cooking utensils and devices needed for daily use. In the living room there is a sofa bed, 2 wicker chairs, a coffee table, Sat-TV and a dining table.
