This penthouse flat is situated on the top floor of a beautiful former monastery in Icod de los Vinos in the north of Tenerife. The house is located on the outskirts of the town at an altitude of about 320 m above the sea level. The city center of Icod de los Vinos is approximately 800 m away. This place is an ideal starting point for excursions over the island or hiking and mountain bike trips.

A rental car is recommended. The house has a community roof-deck which offers a fantastic view of the landscape and the sea. It is lovingly decorated and affectionately planted. The beautiful patio invites you to relax.

The flat has a total floor space of approximately 45qm, so it has enough space for two people. The interior is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, it also contains a dining table.
