Beautiful holiday home with two floors located in a quiet and neat complex in the South of Tenerife. This house is located in Chafoya where mostly locals live. The neat complex has a shared pool and the garden area is ideal for people looking for quietness or families with children. The house has a furnished and covered terrace, 2 balconies with ocean view and a comfortable furnishing.

The furnishing is very tasteful and all rooms are lovingly decorated. WLAN and Sat-TV is available for the guests. For small guests there are a child bed, a child high chair, a baby bath and a nappy under mat.

Equipment

The living space is around 80sqm and there is enough space for 5 guests. On the ground floor are: the cosy living room with Sat-TV, comfortable seating options and a dining table with 4 chairs, the modern and very well equipped kitchen as well as a guest toilet. From the ground floor you have access to the private terrace with as small garden area. Throughout the exits you have access to the shared pool.

On the upper floor are two bright bedrooms with a double bed, a balcony and a wardrobe each. In the bigger bedroom is a safe, a desk and an additional cupboard with shelves. The bathroom provides a bathtub with shower device and a toilet.
