House in Arona in the sunny South with terrace and balcony

This holiday home with two floors in the South of Tenerife is located in Arona at the Coast del Silencio. The location Las Rosas is a suburb of Las Galletas, which accommodates mostly locals. Here you can relax on the south terrace (around 60qm) and enjoy the mild climate in the sun.

The spacious terrace is furbished and is lovingly decorated with local plants. The house provides WLAN and is equipped with heating as well as air-conditioning. There are parking spaces right at the building. On the upper floor is a balcony.

The holiday home (semi-detached house) has a living space of around 90sqm and provides space for 6 persons. On the ground floor is the comfortable living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV and access to the terrace. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all necessary kitchen facilities and cooking utensils. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs. Furthermore there is a storage room with a washing machine and guest toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor are 2 bedrooms. On has a double bed and access to the balcony. A wardrobe and safe are there as well. The second bedroom is a little bit smaller and has a sofa bed with mattress (160x200cm).

The bright bathroom provides a spacious shower and a toilet.

Sunny location with spacious terrace. Restaurants and shopping facilities are reachable in a short amount of time by car.
