Holiday house on a finca with pool & ocean view - La Esperanza

This Canary finca with two holiday houses is located in La Esperanza, in the green north of the island. It is managed by locals and the atmosphere is really friendly and familiar. In addition to many fruit trees, this finca has a maintained pool with sunbathing area and sunbeds, a small house with a whirpool and a relaxation room. There is also a pavillion for relaxation, a comfortable seating area, a terrace, a barbecue area, as well as a wood stove for cozy barbecues evenings. From the finca, you have a fantastic view of the sea and on a clear day you can also see the neighbouring island Gran Canaria. Note: The description of the object and the equipment refers to the two, nearly identical houses of the finca. The pictures belong to both objects!

This house has a surface of 88 square metres and offers enough space for four persons. The furniture has a rustic style, partly with stone walls and wooden ceilings. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In one bedroom, there is a double bed and the other one is furnished with two single beds. The bathrooms have a shower, a sink and a toilet. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa and a chimney for cosy evenings. There is satellite TV and a stereo equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The eating area has a table and six chairs. The beautiful terrace is furnished.

There are some restaurants and stores in about 500 metres.
