This beautiful, approx. 200 sqm big holiday house is situated in a great location in Buen Paso near Icod de los Vinos on an about 20.000 sqm large finca. The house has an effective area of round about 1.000 sqm and offers a private pool and several sun terraces with a dreamlike view on the sea thanks to the first row at the ocean. There are also seating possibilities and a barbecue.

Equipment

This holiday house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed (1,80m x 2m and 1,60m x 2m) and the third one with 2 single beds (each 0,90m x 2m). The living room provides a satelite TV and a stereo with radio. The kitchen is completely equipped with an oven, a stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a toaster. At the dining table there is space for 6 persons. The two bathrooms each have a shower and one of them even a jacuzzi. On the terrace there is an outddor kitchen with a barbecue. Outside there is an outdoor shower, which is opaquely, so that one can shower privately in the open air.
