Holiday house on a finca with sea view in Icod de los Vinos

The beautiful holiday house is located on a finca in Icod de los Vinos in the north of Tenerife. On the finca area is a typical Canarian restaurant (Guachinche), with traditional kitchen and wine from the island.

The house was build in Canaric style with a wooden roof and stone walls. It is lovely and cozy frunished. The estate offers a fantastic view to the sea and the mountain side.

This Canaric country house has a living space of ca. 230qm. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom and a toilet. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One with a double bed, the other one with a single bed. One bedroom offers a direct access to the terrace with a marvelous view to the Atlantic. Two more people can sleep in the living room on a sleeping couch.

The roomy bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The toilet is next to the living room. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating furniture and a chimney. The extra room with two comfortable sofas serves as a television room. The dining area offers space for up to six people.

The roomy kitchen is well equipped with four cooktops, an oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, food processor, juice squeezer, toaster and all neccessary kitchenware. Among other things, the house has a patio with a table and chairs, as well as a roof terrace with sun loungers.

Directly next to the finca estate is a Canarian restaurant with local kitchen. Supermarkets, shops and other restaurants can be found in Icod de los Vinos.
