Modern and nice holiday apartment in Icod de los Vinos

The apartment is completely renovated and very nice and tastefully decorated. It is centrally located in the small town of Icod de los Vinos, in the green north of Tenerife. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

The city offers a range of small shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants and cafes. Here you can stroll relaxed and enjoy your holiday. The beach Playa de San Marcos is located about 10 minutes away by car.

This apartment has an area of about 100 m2 and it has a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony. Each room has soundproof windows and is tastefully and very modernly decorated. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs. A flat screen TV with international channels and Internet connection is also available. The dining room can accommodate six persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and juicer. Two bedrooms have a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m and 1,50m x 1,90m). The third bedroom has a bunk bed (0,90m x 1,90m).

The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Another guest bathroom is also available. A cot can be provided, upon request.

Icod de los Vinos offers several possibilities to go shopping. There are many supermarkets, bars, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, bus stops and stores.
