This is a finca with a plot of 6000 m2, on 300 m altitude, just above Puerto de la Cruz. On the property there are 7 holiday apartments and the main house with the reception. The beautifully landscaped garden offers for the guests seasonal fruits such as avocados, papayas, eggplants, peppers, nÃsperos and physalis amongst others. There is also a covered and heated pool with a water slide, so swimming is possible at all weather conditions. In front of the pool is a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a Finnish sauna and a fitness device. From the whole area you have a fantastic view of the ocean!

Equipment

The studio has a beautiful and sunny roof terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers. There is a sleeping area with a king-size bed, visually separated from the living area. A TV with international channels is also available. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, such as 2 hotplates, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The dining table can accommodate 4 persons. In the bathroom there is a shower.
