This is a finca with a plot of 6000 m2, on 300 m altitude, just above Puerto de la Cruz. On the property there are 7 holiday apartments and the main house with the reception. The beautifully landscaped garden offers the guests seasonal fruits such as avocados, papayas, eggplants, peppers, nÃsperos and physalis amongst others. There is also a covered and heated pool with a water slide, so swimming is possible at all weather conditions. In front of the pool is a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a Finnish sauna and a fitness machine. From the whole area you have a fantastic view of the sea!

Equipment

This apartment is located in the top floor of a house with two units. This holiday rental has a terrace with barbecue and a nice furnished balcony with seaview.

There is one bedroom with two single beds, which can be set together. The living room has a sofa, seating and a TV with international channels and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with stove, fridge and freezer, a small oven, and other appliances as coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer.
