Here you have a finca of nearly 6000m2 in size at an altitude of 300m above sealevel, just above Puerto de la Cruz. It consists of 7 holiday apartments and the main house with the reception at the property. The beautifully landscaped garden offers fruits like avocados, papayas, aubergines, peppers, nisperos, physalis and a lot more, depending on the season.

You can also find a roofed and heated pool with a waterslide, so swimming is possible under any weather conditions. In front of the pool there is a lawn with sun loungers, as well as a Finnish sauna and a fitness device.

This holiday house comes with a living area of about 90m2 and is ideal for up to 6 people. It has 2 terraces - a furnished one in front of the house and one roof terrace with 2 sun loungers. Furthermore there are a private grill area, a lawn and a garden.

The house offers 3 bedrooms, to of them with a double bed of 1,80m x 2m each and one with a smaller double bed of 1,60m x 2m. In the comfortable living room there is a satellite TV, a DVD player, a cozy seating group and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. It offers e.g. 4 cooking plates, a stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and smaller gadgets like coffee machine and toaster.

The bathroom provides a shower, sink and toilet.

In Puerto de la Cruz, which is nearby, there are several restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities.
