Villa with heated private pool, two terraces & fantastic view

This villa is located exclusive and quiet in La Matanza, in the green north of Tenerife. It is at a steep in south-west orientation, so that you have a great view over the Teide, the ocean and the bay of Puerto de la Cruz from the whole estate. The 700sqm large garden area offers a heated pool with view, local plants and several terraces. Furthermore the 160sqm large house is also equipped luxurious.

The house has a 160m2 large living and dining area with an open chimney and offers space for up to 6 persons. You find a satellite TV, internet access as well as a stereo system. There is a pretty, large dining table for up to eight people in the dining area. You have a beautiful view to the whole north west coast of Tenerife from the accommodation!

There are three bedrooms - two of them have high quality double beds of the "Swiss Flex" system and the children bedroom has a bunk bed with the same comfort. One bathroom is en suite to the bedroom and has a ground level shower. The other one offers a shower and bathtub.

The rustic ancient wood kitchen also offers the most modern standard like a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer combination, juicer, toaster and coffee machine. The adjacent room comes with a washing machine, a dryer and also an iron.

The large roofed terrace provides a large rustic dining table and a private grill area, so you can have nice dinners in the evenings and enjoy the fantastic view over the coast and the Atlantic.

There is a good restaurant only about 100m away. In a distance of about 1.5km are supermarkets. The beach is just 2km away - this one is an insider tip, you don't have much tourism here. Puerto de la Cruz with its pretty beaches is in a distance of 15km. The nice, white sand beach "Playa de las Teresitas" is 25km away.
