Property description

This beautiful Canary house is located in the quiet, idyllic village of El Desierto, near Granadilla, on 450m altitude. The house was built in 1936, inhabited by a Venezuelan family of bakers and then designed by Canarian painter Juan Tejado. The name of the house is Casa del Flor and in fact, the whole area is beautifully landscaped. There is also a specially designed sun terrace with sunny and shady sitting area, a 10m x 5m swimming pool and landscaped barbecue area.

Equipment

The house has beautiful furnishings - designed by the artist. The walls are decorated with oil paintings. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. In a third room, there is space for 2 more people. This room was once a huge oven in the form of a hemisphere. It has been remodeled and is now a cozy bedroom. The house has also a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower.
