Canarian house near Candelaria with terrace and sea view

This traditional Canarian house is located in Jiménez near Candelaria at an altitude of about 300m. It is quiet here, but it is only about 5 minutes by car to the beautiful beach and only about 500m away there are hiking trails, which the owner has enough information about. Cyclists will also get their money's worth here, as bicycles can be rented. To the house belongs a 70sqm large terrace and a beautiful garden. On the terrace there is a table with 4 chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. So you can enjoy the sunshine with a great view of the sea and have a barbecue in the evening!

The house has a living space of about 55 square meters and is suitable for max. 4 persons. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for another 2 persons, a TV with satellite programmes and a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers among other things an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, washbasin and toilet.

It is only a few minutes drive to Candelaria, with many restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping facilities.
