The flat is located on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached via lift. There is also a private parking space in the closed underground car park.

In the comfortably furnished living area there is a sofa bed and some books for your entertainment. In the bathroom offers a glazed shower, a hairdryer and also a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. The 180x200 double bed in the bedroom consists of two slatted frames of 90x200 each.

On the spacious terrace you will find an inviting 4-seater seating group and two relaxing chairs. The terrace can be shaded by an awning and has a side view of the sea.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, a fruit shop and several cafés.

The surrounding area invites you to take a walk and a beautiful plaza with a restaurant invites you to linger. The nearest beach 'Playa La Arena' is easy to reach and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing day in the sun.

The neighbouring villages of Los Gigantes and Alcalá with its wonderful coastlines are also worth a visit. Here you can admire unique rock formations and go on some beautiful hikes.

The coastal road between Varadero, Playa de la Arena, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes also invites you to take a stroll (shops, restaurants, bars, rent-a-car, and much more).
