Holiday apartment with roof terrace and sea view in Garachico

The apartment is located in an attic of a traditional Canarian house and it has a roof terrace (ca. 30 sqm large). From here you can enjoy the sunlight all day and the fantastic view of the sea, the symbol of the village "El Roque", the rock of Garachico, and the village rooftops. Garachico is beside the sea and has a natural seawater swimming pool within walking distance. This is a nice place with restaurants, cafes and shops far away from mass tourism. The place is an ideal starting point for hikes or other excursions. There is also the beautiful golf course of Buenavista, in about 10 minutes by car.

The total living area is approximately 60 square meters and offers ample space for up to two people. It is modern and comfortably furnished. The living-dining room has direct access to the large furnished sun terrace with sunbeds. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view and sun all day. The living room has a flat screen television with satellite TV and Internet for free. A small sofa with table, and a dining table for two are also in the living-dining room.

The kitchen has a two-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200cm). The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower. A communal washing machine is also available.

There are many good restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. There are also stores and supermarkets in Garachico or in Icod de los Vinos about 5km away. A bus stop is nearby.
