Vacation home on a finca with private pool, terrace and grill

The Canarian vacation home is situated in a quiet location in the warm southeast of Tenerife in the village of Malpais. It lies between Candelaria and Arafo Güimar. One is surrounded by a wonderful natural landscape. The beautiful beach of Candelaria is only about ten minutes by car. In a few minutes by car you can reach the cities Güimar and Arafo.

The property of the finca has a size of approx. 8000qm and has four vacation homes. Each with its own plot and pool. All houses have a separate access, barbecue and terrace. The climate in this area of the island is constantly warm and it rarely rains.

This vacation home has a living space of about 60 square meters and offers space for 5 people. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. It has two doors, one leading to the bedroom and the other to the living room. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a coffee table and satellite TV. The kitchen with dining table has all necessary kitchen appliances and cooking utensils for daily use.

In the pool area there are numerous sun beds. An own barbecue area is also available for the guests.

Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the neighboring village.
