Studio apartment with community pool & balcony in the south

The studio apartment is belongs to a beautiful holiday facility in Costa del Silencio, which is a fishing village in the south of Tenerife. From there you will have a fantastic view on the ocean. There is also a beautiful natural pool in a 30m distance. Only 3.5km away there is the neighbouring village Las Galletas, where you can find beautiful beaches and various swimming-possibilities.

There are two pools on the facility. One of them is heatable. Sunbeds are also available and everything there is barrier-free. The facility also provides a free private car park. It has the perfect location for relaxing beach holidays under the Canarian sun. A barber, a pharmacy and some shops are nearby and can easily be reached by foot. There are also a lot of good restaurants in Costa del Silencio.

This beautiful studio has a total living space of around 40sqm and offers enough space for up to 3 people.

There is an open kitchen that provides all kitchen tools that you need for your daily use. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. In the open living area there is a bed for two people, a bedsofa, a small table with 4 chairs, a closet and access to the furnished balcony.

An extra bed can be put on request. Wifi access is also available.

Shops, a pharmacy, a barber and restaurants are only a few walking minutes away.
