This luxury villa is located in a quiet location in Chayofa, a small town in southern Tenerife. In the village there are several good restaurants, a tennis court and a playground for children. There are only 3 km to get to Los Cristianos, one of the tourist centres with beautiful, sandy beach. The villa has a large and well-kept pool area with a pool bar, sun loungers, wicker armchairs and tables. Even a grill station with outdoor table for 16 people is available. There is everything for a nice evening barbecue!

Equipment

The main house with a living area of 350 m2 has 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom. This house is particularly suitable for groups such as family reunions. The two other apartments can be booked, which would increase the number of bedrooms to 8. There are then 3 fully equipped kitchens and 7 fully equipped bathrooms available. There is a fireplace for cozy moments in the large living room as well as in the dining room.
