Modern holiday home with pool bar on Finca near Playa San Juan

Casa Marbella is located on the approx. 7.500 sqm large Finca San Juan in a wonderful secluded location above the village of Playa San Juan. Enjoy breakfast on one of the sun loungers with a 180 degree view of the sea and the neighbouring island La Gomera. In approximately 15 minutes driving time, you can get to the beautiful beach Playa San Juan or to the places Alcalá and Guía de Isora. The Teide National Park is also easily accessible by car. The house is therefore suitable for everyone who is looking for relaxation, but also likes the sea and the mountains.

The house has a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed, two of them even have an en-suite bathroom. The three bathrooms each have a shower, a WC and a bidet. The modern kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools is equipped with a 4-plate stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice machine, drinking water filter, food press machine and many other amenities. Furthermore there is a reading room as well as a dining room and a living room with a comfortable couch, electric fireplace, sofa bed and TV with satellite TV. Beach towels, iron, hair dryer and bathrobes are also provided.

Outside there is a large terrace including a pergola, sun beds and a barbecue. There is also a large pool, a massage table and a self-service bar. On the Finca there are also many beautiful plants and five more units.

Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in Playa San Juan, just about 15 minutes away.
