Holiday home with pool, terrace and ocean views in Las Americas

This house is in a quiet area in Las Americas at the district San Eugenio Alto and offers a private pool. The many beaches at Las Americas and Los Cristians are just a short walk away. You also get quickly to the Agua Park and Siam-Park.

This beautyful holiday house has two floors. At the ground floor there is a spacious living room with conservatory. You also find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, freezer, microwave), another conservatory as dining room, a bath with shower and a solar heated private pool at the large terrace. From there you have a great view over Las Americas and the ocean.

At the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a third conservatory and a bath with a bathtub.

Around the property are a lot of plants, so privacy is guaranteed, because you can't look inside.

There is a big heated pool. The temperature in the winter is up to 24°C and in the summer max. 32°C.

There are a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities in the neighbourhood.
