The airport south is about 12 minutes by car.

It is located in the lower living area of the property and has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with an adjacent fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Ideal for 2 guests.

In the upper part of the house, the living space for 6 vacation guests is divided into approx. 140 sqm. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The large kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and kitchen appliances. A pantry and a laundry room are also available to the guests. The two double bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The 3rd bedroom also has a double bed and a guest toilet. In the large living area there are comfortable seating furniture, a coffee table and satellite TV.

Shopping facilities and restaurants, as well as bars and stores can be reached in about 5-10 minutes by car. A supermarket can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.
