Apartment with seaview near the beach in Candelaria

This cosy apartment is located in Las Caletillas, not far from the famous town of Candelaria. The apartment is located just 300 metres away from the black, volcanic sandy beach. There is a beautiful promenade which has been completely modernized only a few years ago. There are many shops and cafés, which invite you to stroll and linger. There also new beaches in this area. In the complex there is a large community pool.

The apartment is divided in two floors and has a living space of approximately 80 sqm. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are two spacious bedrooms in the upper area and a bathroom with shower. The living and dining room, the kitchen and an additional guest bathroom are in the lower area. There are two terraces, one headed to the east and the other one to the west. That means that you can enjoy the sun the whole day long! The apartment is nicely decorated. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils for self-catering. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a satellite TV with international channels.

There are several restaurants and stores in the area and beside the beach promenade.
